We recently helped a soda bottling plant fix a failure point in its production process, reducing downtime and improving overall efficiency
In the past, if a bottle was knocked over or went through the line incorrectly, the entire production would halt, triggering an alarm. A technician would then have to manually remove the bottle before restarting the line–a process that led to substantial delays and decreased output.
Our team installed Rockwell’s FactoryTalk Optix software, integrating it with a new three-sensor bracket on the line. Now when a bottle is out of place, the system instantly detects it and automatically ejects it from the line. No line stoppage, no manual intervention, just smooth, continuous production.
Does your production line have inefficiencies that need to be addressed? Let us know. We can help.
