Welcome Chris Kline and Logan Silvius to FrommConnect 

We’re excited to welcome two talented professionals to the FrommConnect team: Chris Kline, our new General Manager, and Logan Silvius, our new Industry Process Specialist. Their skills and experience will strengthen how we support our customers and deliver solutions. 

Meet Chris Kline: General Manager 

Chris Kline brings 25 years of experience in engineering, automation, and leadership. As General Manager, Chris combines deep technical knowledge with strategic vision to ensure FrommConnect continues to innovate and meet the evolving needs of our customers. 

Chris’s career highlights include leading large-scale projects in safety upgrades, process automation, and system modernization at Grantek, a systems integrator based in Allentown, PA. His proven track record of driving efficiency and profitability for customers makes him uniquely qualified to guide FrommConnect’s growth and enhance our customer partnerships. 

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Kutztown University. His leadership will not only strengthen FrommConnect’s capabilities but also bring fresh perspectives to the challenges our customers face in automation and control solutions. 

Outside of work, Chris serves as Council President of his local municipality and is the acting Chair of the Operational Advisory Committee for the Berks Career & Technology Center’s Mechatronics Program.

Introducing Logan Silvius: Industry Process Specialist 

Logan Silvius brings almost a decade of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and automation and electrical control system programming. He began his career as an electro-mechanical technician at East Penn Manufacturing, where he developed a solid foundation in the functionality of automation devices and software. 

He later honed his skills as an Electrical Controls Specialist at Bimbo Bakeries, focusing on programming Allen-Bradley PLC-controlled machines and creating and editing custom HMI applications. 

Logan has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Reading Area Community College. When he’s not working, Logan enjoys hands-on projects like tinkering with small engine machines, electronics, and tackling home improvement projects.
